Licensing Terms
1. Overview & Authenticity Warranty
Frontcopy provides exclusive visual licensing for independent publishing houses. Frontcopy warrants that every artwork supplied is created entirely through hand-constructed physical set staging and direct optical capture.
The Studio guarantees that the Work contains no stock imagery, no third-party digital illustrations, and no generative artificial intelligence (AI) in any phase of its creation. The Publisher is assured a completely original, non-synthetic visual asset tailored for exclusive editorial publication.
2. Exclusivity & Territory
Upon agreed licensing fees, Frontcopy grants the Publisher an Exclusive, Worldwide License to use the selected artwork for the designated title’s print, digital, and audiobook cover editions.
Exclusivity Guarantee: The licensed artwork will never be re-licensed or sold to another publishing house or commercial project.
3. Ownership, Copyright & Representation
All underlying copyrights, moral rights, and intellectual property rights to the original photograph remain exclusively with Frontcopy Studio and its founder / art director, Engin Serdar Caglar, as the principal party and rights holder to this agreement.
The Publisher is granted a sole, non-transferable license to use the visual strictly for the designated publication as set forth in the licensing terms. All rights not expressly granted to the Publisher remain reserved by Frontcopy Studio.
4. Promotional Use
The Publisher has the right to use the cover artwork in promotional materials (catalogues, bookmarks, social media, press releases, posters) solely in connection with marketing the specified title.
5. Credit Lines
The Publisher agrees to include proper artist credit on the copyright page or back cover of the book:

6. Custom Commissions & Inquiries
Licensing terms, duration, and territory extensions for specific catalog titles or custom commissions are defined per project agreement. For licensing inquiries: inquiries@frontcopy.com
7. Technical Specifications & Deliverables
Upon licensing agreement, Frontcopy delivers print-ready, high-resolution digital master files optimized for professional book production.
Master Print File: High-resolution TIFF / JPEG format, minimum 300 DPI at full cover print scale, formatted in CMYK color space for accurate offset and digital print reproduction.
Digital & E-book File: RGB color profile optimized for web display, e-readers, and digital catalogue promotion.
Bleed & Trim Margins: Artwork files include standard print bleed and safe margins suited for international publishing specifications.
Delivery Method: Master files are delivered securely via encrypted digital download link upon agreement confirmation.
8. Amendments & Customization
These Licensing Terms constitute Frontcopy Studio’s standard operational framework. Both parties acknowledge that specific conditions—including exclusivity duration, geographical territory, print run limits, or custom commission requirements—may be adapted and refined by mutual written consent upon final project agreement.
